Peter Prince performs solo with his Martin D18 guitar and harmonica. Recorded live off the floor with video cameras rolling. The music video is touching in its simplicity, and nicely compliments a song that was written for his first grand-child, Coco Sofia.
Greg Pauker provided sound engineering and mixing, as well as Sony EX cameras and lighting. Three camera video production was staged and recorded live at Sculptor Studio, Salt Spring Island. Greg captured the spirit of the song: Peter’s vocal warmth and the natural tonal essence of his acoustic guitar and harmonica shine through.
The outdoor video footage of Peter playing harmonica was self-shot with a GH3 Lumix camera, on an Autumn day under the Fir and Garry Oak trees in his backyard at Burgoyne Bay.
Life is Change is the second song on his ISLAND WAY album.
Video post-production was done in FCP X at Twin Dolphin Studio.
